Adam Hengels
Adam has over two decades of experience in real estate development and finance as well as an MS in Engineering and MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.
During his career at Forest City Ratner Companies, (acquired by Brookfield) Adam worked closely with the senior executive team to build and maintain critical budgets, investment models, and cost-control systems for the entire $5B Atlantic Yards development project (now Pacific Park), which included the world’s tallest modular tower and the Barclays Center Arena for the Brooklyn Nets.
As an entrepreneur, developed real estate in Chicago before joining Brian at H.ME to lead real estate development for the C-Suites by brand.
Brian Ahmes
Brian is an award-winning architect and was named a top construction influencer by Autodesk.
An expert at the intersection of design and technology, Brian co-founded the LINE computational design studio within HKS architects, a pioneer in advanced computational design.
In 2013, he co-founded H.ME to envision, launch and operate disruptive hospitality products and business models. After raising investment from Hyatt Hotels, H.ME prototyped new residential hotel concepts for digitally-native travellers and collaboration-focused organizations such as Google and GSA.
